Impact Workforce Solutions in Union, OH is hiring Cherry Picker and High Reach Forklift Operators for full-time, year-round work. The role requires operating cherry pickers, reach trucks, and RF scanners in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, or High Reach equipment.
- Experience with Raymond and/or Crown forklifts preferred.
- RF Scanner experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet.
- Strong attention to detail and productivity.
- Reliable transportation and attendance.
Responsibilities
- Operate Cherry Picker and High Reach forklifts up to 40 feet.
- Pick and stage products using RF scanners.
- Safely operate Raymond and/or Crown equipment.
- Load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and order accuracy.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams.
