Job&Talent is recruiting a Cherry Picker in Goodyear, AZ for a fast-paced, state-of-the-art distribution center. You will operate a motorized order picker at elevated heights to retrieve, stock, and fulfill customer orders accurately.

The role offers a 2nd shift (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM, Friday–Monday) with weekly pay and access to medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a cherry picker or stand-up order picker.
• Able to lift 50 lb boxes.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Minimum 1 year of proven cherry picker experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a cherry picker forklift to access high shelving.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders per sheets or RF scanner.
• Transport materials to shipping, receiving, or stocking zones.
• Conduct daily safety and equipment checks.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment and comply with safety rules.

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Cherry Picker to work with a leading logistics company in Goodyear. We are looking for reliable and safety-conscious operators to join a fast-paced, state-of-the-art distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a motorized order picker at elevated heights to retrieve, stock, and fulfill customer orders accurately.

Shift Patterns

• 2nd Shift - 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM (Friday-Monday)

Pay Rates

• 22.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Cherry Picker

• Experience with cherry picker
• Able to lift 50 lb boxes
• Need to be comfortable with heights
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience operating a Cherry Picker or Stand-Up Order Picker
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass standard background and drug screenings

Role for Cherry Picker

• Safely operate a cherry picker forklift to navigate warehouse aisles and retrieve products from high shelving units
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders according to order sheets or RF scanner instructions
• Transport materials to designated shipping, receiving, or stocking zones
• Conduct daily safety and mechanical checks on your assigned equipment before operating
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment to ensure safety compliance
