Job summary

Complete Staffing Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse (Chemotherapy) in North Carolina to deliver patient care through the nursing process, prepare and infuse chemotherapy, and collaborate with healthcare teams.

The role offers a FULL-TIME or PART-TIME schedule (Mon-Fri, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) with potential overtime and rare weekend work, and pay ranges from $64k to $96k per year depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have current NC RN license.
• Prefer at least one year of RN experience.
• Prefer experience in Hematology/Oncology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Prepare and infuse chemotherapy and other IV/injectable meds per provider orders.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Administer, monitor and document medications, reporting ADRs promptly.
• Ensure proper disposal of chemotherapy waste and sharps per policy.
• Maintain accurate documentation that reflects the care plan and patient problems.
• Promote patient safety and uphold HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
