Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between patient and payer to address reimbursement questions.
• Processes denial follow-up and writes off requests with proper documentation.
• Maintains reimbursement correspondence and filing systems; supports financial counselors.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of chemotherapy authorization requirements for payers.
