Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Wilson, NC seeks a Chemistry and Stability Supervisor to oversee daily activities in the Chemistry and Stability Departments and ensure testing, release, and reporting meet quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.

You will supervise Stability Coordination staff, interact with QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations, and lead process improvements to support company initiatives. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemistry or related science required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Experience with stability programs and regulatory expectations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training and development of department personnel.
• Oversee daily activities to ensure timely release of materials, products, and data.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and FK USA procedures; manage investigations for non-conforming materials.
• Provide technical guidance and support improvements to processes and methods.
• Lead personnel reviews and disciplinary actions as required.
• Monitor department budget and contribute to Management Reviews and Audit Responses.
• Represent the department in meetings and maintain stability protocols.
