About the Role

We are looking for chemists with deep expertise in a specific subdiscipline to help train and evaluate AI models. You will write and review questions in your area and judge the correctness of AI answers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write and review chemistry questions in your subdiscipline (organic, inorganic, physical, analytical or computational).
  • Assess AI answers for correctness and explain errors.
  • Write reference answers with clear mechanistic or quantitative justification.
  • Review other experts’ questions for difficulty and accuracy.
  • Give structured written feedback.
  • Follow project guidelines, take part in calibration and review sessions, and incorporate feedback to keep quality consistent.
Required Qualifications
  • Master’s or PhD in chemistry with demonstrated expertise in at least one subdiscipline.
  • Ability to explain complex chemistry clearly.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Research publications in your subdiscipline.
  • Teaching experience.
  • Experience with computational chemistry tools.

Compensation

USD $50–90 per hour, adjusted by country of residence.
