Qualifications

• 1-3 years of patent drafting and/or prosecution experience.
• Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
• Registered before the U.S. Patent & Trademark office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with patent office about pending patent applications.
• Advise patent litigation teams based on technical expertise.
