Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical/electrical/thermal properties testing of thermal interface materials and coating
• Evaluate, collect, and record data
• Document experiments and summarize results in a lab notebook or PowerPoint presentation
• Input data into a computer and prepare charts and tables for communication of project results

Associate or Bachelor's degree in a technical field
