Qualifications

• Must be a currently enrolled UM-Flint student or recently graduated within 6 months.
• Completed relevant chemistry labs or equivalent coursework with understanding of experiments.
• Demonstrated ability to apply laboratory safety rules and follow protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist faculty during teaching laboratories and respond to student questions.
• Guide students in setup and safe use of lab equipment.
• Be familiar with safety equipment locations and correct usage.
• Adhere to departmental safety protocols in all activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized lab and ensure supplies and equipment are stocked and stored properly.
