Responsibilities

• Perform chemical compositional analyses of materials using instrumentation (GC-MS, DSC, TGA, ICP-OES, SEM/EDS, XRF)
• Prepare reagents and samples of complex matrices and analyze per published methods
• Work with minimal supervision in a team to deliver test results on time
• Perform acid digestion of metals, ores, and slags to identify composition
• Maintain equipment and support method development
• Communicate results accurately and timely to customers
