Our client - a well-established private label skincare manufacturer - is looking for a Junior Chemist to support hands-on formulation and day-to-day lab activities. If you're detail-oriented, eager to learn, and want real exposure to how beauty products are developed from scratch, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assist in mixing and preparing skincare and cosmetic formulas tailored to client needs
Run basic quality tests (pH, viscosity, texture) to keep formulations on track
Help organize and track samples for long-term stability testing
Keep clean, accurate records of formulation steps and raw material data
Maintain a tidy, well-stocked lab and follow all GMP and safety protocols
Pitch in during scale-up trials and help transition formulas to full production
Collaborate across departments — including QA, production, and compounding

What You'll Bring to the Table:

Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a similar field
0-3 years of formulation experience (cosmetic experience a plus but not required)
A can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn from day 1
