Job summary

Finish Tech Corp is seeking a motivated Chemist to help develop coatings, surface treatments, laminations and related products to support growth across our family of companies. You will start in a support role with experienced engineers and staff, participating in production, quality assurance, and product development, with a path toward leading R&D in new chemistries.

Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic, motivated Chemist to help develop the next generation of coatings, surface treatments, laminations and other products to support business growth in our family of companies.

This position will include on-the-job training, working first in a support role to our experienced engineers, operators, and technical staff. From day one, you’ll be involved in active production, quality assurance, product development, and learn how chemical engineering principles are applied in real business environments. Eventually, the position will lead R&D efforts related to the chemistry of our new product development. This position is unrelated to biology or the medical field.
