What you will be doing

As our Chemical Production Operator, you will be responsible for manufacturing, packaging, and labeling various bulk industrial chemical products. Specifically, this will include:

• Reviewing batch sheets and instructions;
• Weighing and staging chemicals;
• Preparing chemicals for manufacturing and initiating the production process;
• Continually observing and monitoring reactions according to written procedures;
• Controlling reactions, adjusting equipment, and making additions as necessary for desired outcome;
• Performing quality control tests and making adjustments as needed;
• Filing totes or other required packaging;
• Labeling products as required; and,
• Other duties as needed.

Additional Information

This is a day shift position working a regular schedule Monday through Friday. Starting pay is $21/hour, with higher rates available based on experience. The position is located at our Palm Commodities International, LLC facility located in LaVergne, Tennessee. The facility is a Drug‑Free Workplace, and pre‑employment drug testing is required.

Benefits are available the first of the month after hire.
