Parker Lord, a unit of Parker Hannifin, is seeking a Chemical Product Operator in Indianapolis to support safe, high-quality production. No prior chemical manufacturing experience is required; training is provided.
Responsibilities include mixing, blending, packaging, material handling, and documentation while following procedures. The role offers a 3rd shift schedule (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) with a shift premium and wage progression after probation.

No previous chemical manufacturing experience is required — training is provided.
This position supports mixing, blending, packaging, cleaning, material handling, and documentation activities while following established safety, quality, and production procedures.
