Qualifications

• Requires planning skills to prioritize daily process operation.
• Must be able to pay attention to detail and understand chemical manufacturing processes.
• Forklift certification within 30 days of hire where applicable.
• Willingness to learn the position within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient operation of the process and transfer of hazardous chemicals.
• Apply plant safety rules and work guidelines.
• Wear and maintain PPE required for working with hazardous chemicals.
• Develop and apply process and equipment improvements.
• Perform daily safety audits, quality checks, and paperwork accuracy.
