Job summary

The Vincit Group is seeking a detail-oriented team member to wash and refurbish packaging materials used in the pack out stage of our chemical production process. This hands-on role requires attention to cleanliness, safety, and accurate shift documentation.

Location is Memphis, TN, with first shift Monday–Friday. Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in an industrial setting; chemical production experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in an industrial environment required.
• 1+ years in a chemical production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wear mandatory PPE at all times.
• Load and unload material from trailers using a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Maintain organization of the back dock as it relates to inbound packaging items.
• Operate small hand tools used to refurbish totes.
• Operate tote wash island in safe and efficient manner.
• Operate drum wash station in safe and efficient manner.
• Follow all chemical washout guidelines, ensuring incompatible chemicals do not enter the wastewater system together.
• Ensure packaging items are washed in a timely fashion without overflowing inbound material.
• Complete paperwork documenting output and submit to supervisor each shift.
• Complete other duties and special projects as requested.
