Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an experienced operator for our chemical plant in the United States. The role focuses on operating processing equipment, monitoring systems, and maintaining safety and product quality through diligent data reporting.

The ideal candidate will interpret process data, follow safety protocols, and work with a team to improve efficiency and meet production targets. This position is full-time and on-site at the facility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a chemical manufacturing environment at an operator level or higher.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical process operations, safety protocols, and equipment handling.
  • Ability to interpret process data and operate control systems effectively to maintain product quality and process efficiency.
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations applicable to chemical manufacturing plants.
  • Experience with process monitoring tools and basic troubleshooting techniques.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment and systems to ensure efficient production.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment malfunctions and ensure safety compliance.
  • Record and report process data accurately to support quality control and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Respond promptly to process deviations or emergencies to minimize downtime and maintain safety.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize plant operations and meet production targets.

The annual base salary range for this position is $48,600.00 to $73,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
