Job summary

Redwood Materials Inc. is seeking a Chemical Operator to join a high‑volume, continuous production line.

The role involves operating, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting plant processes, with in‑process analyses supporting adjustments to keep quality and safety at the forefront. You will work in a team to start up and shut down equipment, analyze trends in temperature, pressure, pH and flow, and ensure compliance with customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor a continuous production line, including sampling and supporting analysis.
• Remedy unsafe conditions and report issues requiring escalation.
• Work in a team to start up/shut down, monitor, inspect, and operate plant equipment.
• Analyze trends in temperature, pressure, pH and flow to maintain product specs and safety.
• Operate equipment such as tanks, pumps, filters, exchangers, mixers, kilns, conveyors, and related systems.
• Perform routine product samples for analysis and verification of results.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure clear communication across shifts.
