Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of chemical manufacturing or production experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft programs, maintenance management systems and email.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Operate chemical production processes safely.
• Record ingredients, weights, temperatures into the database.
• Monitor pressure and temperature of process equipment.
• Operate equipment per SOPs.
• Handle, transport and process chemicals safely.
• Document production data.
• Operate tank truck/railcar loading and unloading; pumps, valves.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processes.
• Keep plant inventory records.
• Operate mobile equipment (backhoe, Trackmobile, forklifts).
• Daily upkeep and housekeeping.
