Qualifications

• SCID training with focus on HSE, equipment function/setup and operating techniques.
• Adherence to HSE procedures and PPE requirements.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to read and write effectively.

Responsibilities

• Complete SCID operator training focusing on HSE and equipment.
• Maintain product flow and maximize output while minimizing waste.
• Follow procedures for chemical verifications, PPE and safety.
• Operate and troubleshoot process equipment; use databases/programs.
• Perform basic math for process calculations; document results.
• Keep work area clean and follow 5S and safety rules.
• Work with hazardous chemicals using prescribed PPE.
• Stand/walk extensively; lift/carry/push/pull as required; 12-hour shifts.
