Actalent is seeking a Chemical Operator for a contract-to-hire role based in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. You will follow SOPs and batch instructions for chemical reactions, assist Production Chemists and Leads, prepare materials, monitor reaction performance, and maintain clean, compliant work areas.

This onsite position offers hourly pay between $20.00 and $27.50, with eligibility for benefits and opportunities to grow within a global engineering and sciences services company.

• Prepare raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Handle chemicals and raw materials properly.
• Monitor process indicators to ensure correct chemical reaction performance.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, canisters/vessels, and lab areas.
• Document sanitation logs, batch records, and other quality and production information.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sheboygan Falls, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
