Genuine.** If these qualities describe you, we’d love for you to join Ingevity!**Chemical Plant Operator** – North Charleston PlantAs a **Chemical Plant Operator at the North Charleston Plant** you will have the opportunity to join a highly engaged team that takes pride in working safely and producing chemicals that are used to enhance the world around us such as emulsifiers, rosin, tall oil fatty acid (TOFA), and lignin. The North Charleston Plant started operation in 1948, and today employees approximately 200 team members.**Starting wages for our hourly team members is $23.72 and increases to $25.35 after having completed a probationary period**. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Prescription, Vision, Life Insurance, Accident and Sickness, 401k, Short Term Incentive, Vacation, 13 Paid Holidays, and Tuition Reimbursement.**12 hour rotating shift work plus availability for overtime will be required.
