Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Process Technology degree or relevant chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing, material handling, shipping, logistics, or related operations preferred.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and transfer raw materials and finished products per safety procedures.
• Operate forklifts, fifth-wheel trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Prepare Bills of Lading and shipping documents; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain clean, safe loading and storage areas; assist with inventory tracking.
• Communicate results and information to supervisors and plant personnel.
