Job summary

Hawkins Inc. is seeking a Loader/Mixer in Saint Paul, MN to load tank wagons and perform warehouse duties. You will verify orders, inspect trailers, enter product data, seal domes, and prepare blends per customer specs.

The role requires safe operation of forklifts and involvement in rail/truck material movements. The position emphasizes compliance with safety rules, maintaining ISO-certified facilities, and contributing to continuous improvement while handling paperwork and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written channels.
• High school diploma or equivalent minimum. Computer skills (MS Office) required; MRP (JDEdwards) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load chemical tankers and trucks, ensure scale accuracy and proper sealing after filling.
• Operate PLC or other integrated chemical handling systems safely and independently.
• Follow SOPs to comply with federal, state and corporate environmental, safety and health regulations.
