TSMC - Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited in Phoenix, AZ seeks a laboratory technician to perform routine sampling and analysis in fab environments, including clean room work and chemical handling.

You will support engineers, maintain 5S housekeeping, and report data to customers; a Science/Engineering associate degree and 6–12 months lab experience are preferred. This is a full-time role with potential night/weekend shifts as needed.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree in Science/Engineering/Technology or equivalent experience required.
• 6–12+ months of experience in a chemical lab preferred.
• Basic PC skills (Windows and Office) required.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Team-oriented with positive attitude and work ethic.
• Ability to follow SOPs for chemical handling.
• Ability to work night and weekend shifts and overtime when needed.
• Attention to numbers and data accuracy.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree at a Science/Engineering/Technology school or equivalent experience is required.
• 6-12+ months of experience working in a chemical lab is highly preferred.
• Basic PC skills (Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office) are required.
• Be a good analytical thinker and exhibit problem-solving abilities.
• Must be a team player and have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Be a logical thinker and attentive to numbers accuracy.
• Follow the standard operating procedures for chemical handling.
• Be able to work night and weekend shifts when assigned, and work overtime if needed (there will be a cap on overall work hours).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of instrumental analysis techniques.
