Job summary

Vecta Environmental Services, LLC seeks a Chemical Services Supervisor to lead chemical cleaning and decontamination projects in the field. You will act as a technical expert and crew leader, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications.

Responsibilities include directing daily field activities, overseeing setup of circulation systems, maintaining process parameters, and leading JHAs and safety meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a field crew of operators and technicians.
• Proven ability to plan daily field activities and meet safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of chemical cleaning processes and decontamination.
• Ability to conduct JHAs and safety stand-downs.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a crew of Operators and Technicians.
• Provide hands-on training on technical scope, procedures, and safety.
• Oversee daily field activities and ensure safety compliance.
• Direct setup and operation of chemical circulation systems, pumps, hoses, and piping.
• Maintain proper system parameters (flow, pressure, temperature) to meet KPIs.
• Enforce OSHA, company, and client safety standards.

Position Summary

The Chemical Services Supervisor is responsible for the leadership, coordination, and execution of chemical cleaning and decontamination projects in the field. This role serves as both a technical expert and crew leader, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project specifications.

Supervisors are accountable for team performance, client satisfaction, and operational execution, while maintaining Vecta's high standards for safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and manage a crew of Operators and Technicians.
• Provide hands‑on training to ensure understanding of technical scope, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Project Execution & Oversight

• Plan, assign, and oversee daily field activities.
• Direct setup and operation of chemical circulation systems, pumps, hoses, and temporary piping.
• Ensure proper system parameters (flow rates, pressures, temperatures) are maintained to meet project KPIs.

Safety Leadership

• Lead daily Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), safety meetings, and safety stand‑downs.
• Enforce all OSHA, company, and client safety standards.
• Maintain Stop Work Authority and act as the final on‑site decision‑maker for safety compliance.

Operational Performance

• Monitor crew productivity, equipment usage, and job progress to meet timelines.
