Responsibilities

• Safe operation of chemical processing equipment.
• Read SOPs and stage raw and finished materials.
• Decontaminate equipment and piping for maintenance or disposal.
• Maintain inventories of materials used in production and safety gear.
• Recognize material compatibilities and conduct charging/filling operations.
• Keep area clean and well organized.
• Assist in product changeover activities.
• Operate plant units and safety equipment; monitor basic process elements.
• Follow RCRA waste regulations and communicate spills or leaks.
• Label, inspect, and recordkeeping for waste storage.
