Job summary

Rockline Industries in Booneville, AR seeks an entry-level chemical mix operator to support production lines. You will mix, blend and transfer solutions, monitor equipment, and document batch records to ensure accuracy and traceability.

The role emphasizes training to qualify for higher levels, strict cGMP adherence, and routine data entry in JD Edwards. It is a safety-sensitive, non-exempt position with opportunities for wage advancement and benefit eligibility.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in manufacturing operations or related roles.
• HS/GED required; basic computer/office skills.
• Basic knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) is a plus.
• Experience with cGMP concepts is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate DSI Blender, Educator, Transfer skids, BBU and Fragrance skids to deliver correct quantities per schedule.
• Activate tanks, agitators, pumps and hoses to ensure timely delivery of finished solutions.
• Read and follow production schedules and batching sheets for product solutions.
• Perform and document cleaning and sanitation on all equipment.
• Enter data and track lab checks and batch records in JD Edwards.
• Maintain cGMP standards in blending and related processes.
• Document lot numbers, times and quantities for traceability.
• Support safe operation of equipment and comply with RRITE values.

Essential Accountabilities:

Responsible for ensuring the production lines are supplied with correct and needed solutions and chemicals while maintaining an organized workspace and completing quality documentation protocol. This is an entry level chem mix position. Successful training plan completion will qualify operator for Level II position.

• Operate DSI Blender, Educator, Transfer skids, BBU and Fragrance skids to deliver correct quantities based on production schedule and product quality needs.
• Activate tanks, agitators, pumps and hoses to ensure delivery of finished solutions to production lines in a timely manner both physically and through the system.
• Understands production schedules to determine chemical and timing for product solutions.
• Run and read Lab log reports in accordance with Rockline batching sheets per formulation to complete batching records in JDE.
• Maintain cGMP expectations of cleaning, blending and supporting any related manufacturing process to Chem Mix.
• Perform and document cleaning and sanitation on all equipment used in the Chemical Mix Area.
• Data entry of checks and retain tracking along with collection of lab swab samples
• Document lot numbers, times and quantities of chemicals on batch sheets for traceability.
• Managing chemical mix area material inventory through physical verification and data in JD Edwards.
• Measure chemicals, mix various formulations, transfer solution.
• Understand and follow the Lotion Tote process and policies surrounding Tote: filling, storage, recycling, usage life cycle, tracking and so on.
• Carry out all work in a safe and efficient manner. Safely operates equipment and machinery.

Required Skills:

1 year of experience in manufacturing operations, i.e. packer, operator, material handler (some knowledge of Rockline basic information (Work order knowledge, acronyms, etc.)
