Job summary

Flik Independent School Dining is seeking a Chef Manager to lead both culinary and food service operations in Dayton, OH. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years culinary management experience in contract foodservice or high-volume environments.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and cost control.
• Experience with menu development and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations, including production, menu planning, food prep, presentation, and sanitation.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, receiving, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure HACCP standards and health regulations compliance.
