Flik Independent School Dining is seeking a Chef Manager to lead culinary and food service operations for our growing contract portfolio. The role emphasizes menu development, cost controls, local sourcing, and sustainable practices to deliver high-quality meals and engaging nutrition programs.

The successful candidate will oversee inventory, purchasing, and kitchen operations while upholding safety standards and driving financial performance.

Formación

• HACCP knowledge
• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
• Experience with exposition cooking needed
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
• ServSafe certified is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Full culinary management of food service operation including inventory, ordering and receiving

• Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with a focus on sourcing local products
