Job summary

Eurest in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Chef Manager to lead culinary and food service operations for on-site dining. This role combines menu development, cost control and team leadership to deliver high-quality meals.

You will manage inventory, purchasing, and sourcing of local products, with a focus on sustainability and P&L accountability in a contract foodservice environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.
• Working knowledge of HACCP.
• Extensive knowledge of catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Experience with exposition cooking.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
