Morrison Living is seeking a Chef Manager to lead the culinary and food service operation at a senior living community in Michigan. This role oversees all aspects of the kitchen and dining programs, driving quality, guest satisfaction, and cost controls.

The Chef Manager will ensure menu development, local sourcing, and sustainability practices are embedded in daily operations. The position requires strong leadership, HACCP knowledge, and experience with inventory, purchasing, and vendor

Qualifications

• Must have a working knowledge of HACCP.
• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant with inventory/purchasing knowledge.
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Experience with exposition cooking is needed.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

• Possesses a passion for sustainability
