Job summary

Flik Independent School Dining in Massachusetts is seeking a growth-minded Chef Manager to lead both culinary and food service operations for our contract dining program. You will oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, menu development, cost controls and local sourcing to deliver nutritious, great-tasting meals for students.

The role emphasizes sustainability, HACCP compliance, and strong P&L awareness within a contract foodservice environment.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of HACCP.
• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining or restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation and cost controls.
• Experience with exposition cooking.
• P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience desirable.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
