Bon Appetit is seeking a growth-minded Chef Manager to lead culinary and food service operations. The role oversees inventory, ordering and receiving, and drives menu development with cost controls while emphasizing local sourcing and sustainability.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice or similar settings, with P&L accountability. HACCP knowledge and ServSafe certification are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HACCP.
• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or similar setting.
• Experience with P&L accountability and contract-managed service.
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, and food cost controls.
• Experience with exposition cooking.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
