Job summary

Unidine in Fulton, NY is seeking a Chef Manager to lead the culinary and food service operation, delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will manage inventory, purchasing, cost controls, and menu development with emphasis on local sourcing and sustainability.

This role requires HACCP knowledge and strong leadership to drive quality and profitability. Collaborate with operations teams, ensure HACCP compliance, and mentor culinary staff to achieve excellence in service.

Qualifications

• Must have HACCP knowledge
• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant with inventory/purchasing knowledge
• Extensive knowledge of food trends and quality, production, sanitation and cost controls
• Experience with exposition cooking
• P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience desirable
• ServSafe certification is a plus
