Bon Appetit is seeking a growth-minded Chef Manager for our San Francisco operation. You will be responsible for the success of both the culinary and food service operation.

Bon Appetit is a member of Compass Group USA, and the role emphasizes menu development, cost controls, and sustainable sourcing to deliver high-quality, cost-conscious service.

Qualifications

• Must have HACCP knowledge
• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality, production, sanitation, cost controls and presentation
• Experience with exposition cooking
• ServSafe certification is a plus

Responsibilities
