Phoenix3 Collective's Infuse Hospitality arm is seeking a Chef Manager to lead culinary operations in a corporate dining setting. You will drive flawless execution, mentor a kitchen team, and ensure top-tier guest experiences across menus, service, and hospitality standards.

With 3+ years in culinary leadership and ServSafe certification, you will manage purchasing, inventory, and cost controls while partnering with leadership on events and client expectations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of culinary leadership experience in corporate dining, restaurant, or hospitality environments.
  • ServSafe Manager certification or the ability to obtain.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive consistency in high-volume settings.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience managing food costs, inventory, and vendor relations.
  • Hospitality-first mindset focused on guest satisfaction.

Are you a hands-on culinary leader who takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality food and exceptional hospitality? As a Chef Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day execution of a corporate dining program focused on operational excellence, seamless service, and an outstanding guest experience. This role is about flawless execution, ensuring every meal is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standards while creating a welcoming and hospitality-driven environment.

In addition to competitive base pay, this role offers a 10% performance-based bonus - rewarding operational excellence and outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations with a focus on consistency, efficiency, and quality execution.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented to established standards, delivering a reliable and exceptional dining experience.

  • Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction by delivering a polished and hospitality-driven experience.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and work for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Flexibility to support events or extended hours as needed.
