Job summary

Haven is seeking a motivated Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You will cook high-quality dishes to specification on a flexible all-day menu, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests.

Working in a vibrant, supportive kitchen, you’ll collaborate with colleagues, maintain cleanliness, follow food safety standards, and help with stock control. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Chef role (e.g. Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, or Sous Chef).
• Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Enthusiastic team player with a love for food and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals to specification.
• Collaborate with a supportive kitchen team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment.
• Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
