Job summary

The Chef de Cuisine at Aramark Corporation leads all culinary operations for the location, ensuring consistently high-quality food and service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will train and supervise kitchen staff, coordinate culinary activities, estimate food usage and requisition supplies, develop recipes and standardize production, set presentation standards, price menus, ensure equipment operation and sanitation, and oversee catering events.

Qualifications

  • Requires at least 2-3 years in a related position.
  • Requires at least 2-3 years of post-high school education, preferably a culinary degree.
  • Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession.
  • Requires experiential knowledge of management of people and/or problems.
  • Requires verbal, reading, and written communication skills.
