The Good Samaritan Hospital, a member of Catholic Health, seeks a Cook to plan, prepare and serve meals for residents, staff and visitors in a fast, sanitary kitchen. You will follow planned menus, standardized recipes and dietary requirements while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
You will supervise kitchen staff, assist in serving meals, and ensure timely delivery, proper portioning and food temps.

The Chef is responsible for the planning, preparation and service of assigned meals to residents, staff and visitors in an expeditious manner. Maintains stringent sanitation procedures for food preparations and cleaning. Supervises kitchen staff to ensure established routines and procedures are being followed. Performs other related duties and tasks as may be assigned.
