Leisure Care is seeking a Chef at Fairwinds Redmond to lead a high-performing kitchen team and craft fresh, seasonal menus that meet resident needs. You will oversee menu quality and presentation while ensuring strict safety and sanitation standards in a hospitality-focused senior living setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, creative menu development, cost control, and staff development within Leisure Care’s dining programs, which are central to resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of kitchen experience.
  • 2+ years as a Chef or Executive Chef (senior living preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Creativity with menu development and flavor profiles.

  • Prepare and oversee high-quality, scratch-made menu items with consistent presentation.

  • Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen budget.
  • Train, coach, and develop culinary team members for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
