Launch your career at LaClare Family Creamery! We are looking for a dependable, self-motivatedCheese Production Operator to support our 1st shift teamin crafting the highest quality of cheeses. This position will typically work Monday-Thursday 5am - 3pm with some overtime as necessary, includes competitive pay starting at $21.50/hour, full benefits, and monthly bonus opportunities!

Reports to:Packaging Supervisor

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Work with Chevre Packaging Supervisor and production team to complete all tasks within the production areas.
• Performs product tests, records results, and makes necessary adjustments according to recipe specifications.
• Monitors, prepares, and changes equipment in the chevre make process.
• Remains aware of work environment sounds to detect abnormalities in equipment operation.
• Assists with all production runs and documenting all steps in make procedure to ensure accurate, consistent, safe, and quality products every time.
• Sanitation: Keep a clean work environment. Wash, rinse, sanitize and return all equipment back to its designated area immediately after done using. Complete time of use, daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly sanitation scheduled responsibilities along with documentation once work is complete.
• Follows all policies and procedures LaClare Creamery has implemented regarding food and personal safety to assist in maintaining a safe work environment and safe, quality products at all times.

• Other duties as assigned
