Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is hiring for a production/stacker operator role. You will load lift tables, inspect cheese, and keep conveyors supplied with product up to 70,000 pounds per shift.

Responsibilities include changeovers, line cleanliness, and adherence to GMPs and safety standards. HS diploma or GED preferred; must read, write, and speak English. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Operate stacker jack to load lift tables with proper cheese.
• Open and inspect cheese before loading on conveyor.
• Keep conveyor loaded with cheese; process up to 70,000 pounds per shift.
• Follow production lists to ensure correct cheese blends.
• Keep area neat and clean for a safe working environment.
• Assist machine operators with Changeovers, Head changes and Harp changes.
• Tear down and blow down all machines for cleaning.
• Follow DFA GMPs and safety requirements; inform QA of quality issues.
