Fresh Thyme Market is hiring a Deli/Bakery Clerk to keep cases stocked, assist customers, and prepare deli/bakery items. You will weigh, label, and seasonally stock products, while maintaining cleanliness and safety across the department.

Strong customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced, health-focused grocery setting. Preferred candidates have 1–2 years in grocery retail and a background in natural foods, with flexibility to work varied hours and uphold

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred 1–2 years grocery retail experience in Food Service.
• Experience in natural foods is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Keep deli/bakery cases stocked and clean during business hours.
• Assist customers with purchases and product selection.
• Prepare various deli/bakery items with proper ingredients and timings.
• Operate and use food service equipment safely (knives, scales, ovens).
• Weigh and label products accurately and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Maintain organization, knowledge, and sanitation in the department.
• Support inventory prep and back stock; ensure tags match products.
