Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years general customer account support experience preferred.
• Friendly and positive demeanor with ability to handle fast-paced, time-sensitive tasks.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Process orders received through inbound phone calls and email correspondence.
• Maintain and track customer orders in the ERP system.
• Communicate with customers regarding order statuses and product issues.
• Coordinate with Sales Rep around order entry and new business opportunities.
