Job summary

Fitzgerald High School in Warren, Michigan, is seeking a Cheer Coach for the middle school program. You will work with students, staff, and parents to foster a spirited and safe cheer environment.

The role reports to the Athletic Director and Building Principal and follows the Coaching Salary Schedule in the Teacher's Master Agreement. Commensurate with experience and background.

Qualifications

• One to three years coaching experience preferred.
• Demonstrate ability to effectively work with students, staff and parents.
• Completion of the Coaches Advancement Program (CAP) Level 1 for Athletic Coaches from the MHSAA (Level 2 is recommended) or agreement to complete Level 1 before the start of the second season of coaching is required.
• First Aid & CPR Certification.
