Compensation

Hourly Wage: $14.5 - $27.5 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
