Job summary

Walmart Aberdeen is seeking a Front End Checkout Associate to greet customers, ring up items, process payments, and help with needs at the register. This role requires a positive attitude and the ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

Eligible candidates will receive competitive hourly pay of $15–$28 plus performance incentives, comprehensive benefits, and an education program through Live Better U. Employment is full-time with Mid-Shift and Closing shifts available.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
