Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is hiring for a guest service associate. The role focuses on friendly, efficient service, accurate sales processing, and cash handling while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

You will guide guests to checkout lanes and assist with carryout as part of a team-driven store environment. Responsibilities include processing orders, handling payments, bagging orders, and following carryout procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and store efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process guest’s orders to insure proper recording of sales.
• Accurately handle all monies and tender to insure proper accounting of all transactions.
• Properly bag guests’ orders, place in cart or hand to guest, and follow the Lowes Foods carryout practices.
• Work well with all team members to grow community.
• Continually maintain clean work area.
• Direct guests into his/her lane to maintain guest flow and achieve the Guest Arrival standard of no more than two guests waiting at one lane to checkout.
• Maintain cash controls and procedures to eliminate shrink.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
