McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Checker/Loader IV in Fort Worth, TX. You will load and secure products in trailers, using manual methods or powered equipment as needed, while maintaining quality control and safety standards.

The role requires 18+ years, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to read, write, and understand English. A strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential to thrive in our fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Reads, writes, and understands English at a functional level.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure products in trailers safely.
• Perform duties by hand or with powered equipment.
• Maintain quality control for non-conveyable products before loading.
• Report any product integrity concerns to a supervisor.
• Communicate special circumstances to the delivery driver via Shipping Loading Report.
• Keep a clean, debris-free work area and work safely to prevent injuries.

• Pay Rate: $22.25 per hour.
• Shift Information: Monday through Friday 10:00AM till complete

What You\u2019ll Do As a Warehouse Checker/Loader IV

• Load and secure products in trailers in a safe manner.
• Job duties will be completed by hand or by use of powered equipment.
• Maintain quality control for Non conveyable products prior to loading.
• Bring any concerns about product integrity to a supervisor\'s attention.
• Communicate any special circumstances to the delivery driver via the Shipping Loading Report.
• Maintain a clean, debris-free work area.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications You\u2019ll Bring As a Warehouse Teammate

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
